Interactive Views Overview

Before using the Interactive Views functions, set up your vendors, codes, and IDs. Detail history is available only if you elect to save it in the Business Rules function and post transactions using the Post Transactions function.

With the functions on the Interactive Views menu, you can view but not change the following payable information:

• Vendor
• Invoice
• Detail History
• Summary History
• Aged Trial Balance
• Payment History

To change interactive view information, use the corresponding Setup and Maintenance or Transactions functions.
